We will not use or share or distribute your information with no other party with an exception of those described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means, including offline, or from other sources that we use. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning and are related to the meanings provided in our Terms and Conditions documentation. Information You Provide

The registration to possess a user profile in our Services is possible under a condition to provide us with certain information about yourself. This information consists of: your name, your e-mail address (including cases of logging in via a third-party service or application), social “following”, social “becoming a fan”), adding and/or installing a DialogFlows application and/or any of our Services (including their presence at the website, resource, service, platform or network that is being held by a third-party). The information you provide will be reachable for other users of our Services in accordance with your settings of the Services. We may use your e-mail address in order to send you routine Service-related notifications (including the notices required by law as an addition to the postal mail communications). Knowledge

All data provided and added by you to the Knowledge simultaneously provide us with your information. Your Knowledge data, your metadata and Knowledge-related information can be reachable for other users of our Services in accordance with your settings of the Services. DialogFlows may, yet not obliged to monitor the Knowledge data pool that you keep, post and use via the Services. We can remove any information you post for any or no reason. Unless Knowledge is made visible, viewable and reachable in accordance with your settings, your Knowledge data is not a point of interest of the DialogFlows, FlowBot and DialogFlows’s employees with the exception of the following cases: (i) to maintain, provide and/or improve our Services, (ii) to help you to resolve your support requests, or (iii) if there is an issue that makes us sensitive to the necessity to comply with the applicable law, avoid the violation of the applicable law, cooperate with law enforcement regulations, structures and/or units.

Cookies

We send one or more cookie files to your device in order to identify your browser and let DialogFlows help you log in faster and improve your experience. A cookie file may disclose anonymous information about your browsing history and patterns that are connected directly and only with your use of our Services. Persistent cookie file(s) are being stored by your device after the browser is closed that is done to improve your browser connection with the Services in any subsequent Services visit. Persistent cookie files can be deleted by following your web browser instructions. The cookie session itself is a temporary operation and is being wiped out after the browsing session is terminated in any way. You can reset your browser to refuse any cookie files and/or indicate every case when a cookie file is being sent. Please notice that fully disabled cookie exchange between your device and the Services may lead to malfunctioning of some features of the Services.

Log Files

Log files are history-like database entries based on the cookies’ exchange and content. Log files help us improve the Services, point out security breaches and enrich your user experience.

Geo-Location Information

We may access your device information regarding its location due to processed data when using the Services. By using the Services you agree to the collection of such information, including your personal data. We use, transfer and process your information except to improve our Services and enrich user experience.

You share your personal information within your profile in the Services in accordance to the chosen preferences in your account. You can modify the preferences and personal information within your account. You can review and access your profile information at any time. Personal information shared in your account may be displayed to the user community in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Services. How We Protect Your Information

We care about your security. Every time you enter sensitive information (e.g. your credit card number or your social insurance number) we encrypt the transmission of that information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology). DialogFlows utilizes the best commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information, once received. Your data is being continuously backed up in order to prevent data loss and/or data recovery failure. We guard against common web attack vectors by hosting your data in secure SAS70 audited data centers, implementing powerful firewalls, installing server access restrictions, securing the network. We cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you keep, store and/or transmit in the Services as no method of electronic data transfer is 100% secure. In case of a security breach and following personal information being compromised, DialogFlows will act in order to minimize the damage. In such case, we will immediately notify every person that was proven to have a compromised account and/or personally sensitive information. The notification will be done in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Security Policy and/or as is required by the applicable law. The access to your personal data is highly restricted and is available except to those DialogFlows’ employees, contractors and agents, who need that data to be disclosed in order to perform their professional duties and develop and improve the Services.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may decline to submit personally identifiable information through and/or within the Services. In such case, DialogFlows will not be able to provide you with certain features and/or Services. Consider that you may update or correct your account information, what is possible to be done at any logged in session within your account and/or profile in the Services.

DialogFlows Blog & Community

Our Services offer publicly accessible community services including blogs and forums. You should be aware that any information provided in those areas may be read, collected and used by other users and/or participants. Consider that your posts and replies are being stored even after your account is canceled.

Child Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. DialogFlows does not collect or use personal information from anyone under the age of 13. DialogFlows does not knowingly allow registration and participation in Services to anyone under the age of 13. In case we figure out that we may have unintentionally, by mistake or due to the distorted facts provided as real information collected and/or used information about and/or from a child under 13 without a required parental verification, we will act in the necessity to remove that information. Rights to Access, Remove and Correct Personal Information

In order to perform all necessary and required national and international laws and regulations regarding the personal information processing, DialogFlows has proved and certified its Services as a safe, harmless and right-protected entity.
